1. Introduction

Welcome to Timeless Travels with Sandy, LLC. By booking travel services through me, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the scope of my services, my relationship with you as a client, and important limitations of liability.

2. Role of Travel Advisor

• I act solely as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. (“Fora”).
• My role is to assist you in researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements through third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators).
• I do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these third parties.

3. Planning Fees & Professional Services

• Timeless Travels with Sandy reserves the right to charge a non-refundable planning fee for complex itineraries, group trips, or research that exceeds a reasonable number of hours.
• If applicable, the fee amount will be disclosed in writing before services are rendered.
• This fee compensates for professional expertise, time, and resources invested in your travel planning, regardless of whether you choose to book the trip.

     3A. Airline Travel Arrangement Professional   Service Fees

     Timeless Travels with Sandy, LLC (“TTWS”) charges professional service fees to cover time, research, and expertise in securing air travel arrangements. 

     These fees are separate from and in addition to Supplier costs and are nonrefundable once services are rendered.

• Domestic Air Ticketing: $35 
• International Air Ticketing: $55 
• Complex or Multi-City Air Itineraries: $75 

     These fees apply whether the flight is ticketed directly by TTWS, through a consolidator, or via an airline’s travel advisor portal. 

     Clients authorizing TTWS to research or book airfare acknowledge and agree to these charges.

     All fees are due at the time of booking and will be charged to the client’s authorized payment method on file.

4. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms & conditions of the third-party suppliers.
• Prices, schedules, services, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal, identification, and payment information.
• Payment terms (deposits, balances, deadlines) are set by the suppliers. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

• All cancellation, change, and refund policies are determined by the supplier(s) and not by Timeless Travels with Sandy.
• I will assist in communicating with suppliers, but I am not responsible for any penalties, fees, or nonrefundable amounts.
• I strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Review all booking confirmations and itineraries for accuracy.
• Provide valid travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates, etc.) required by your destinations.
• Comply with entry, vaccination, and health requirements of each country.
• Assume responsibility for personal safety, travel advisories, and local laws.

7. Travel Insurance

Timeless Travels with Sandy strongly recommends travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip interruption, cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, or delays.

As an affiliate of Fora Travel, I partner with Faye Insurance to provide clients with trusted, comprehensive coverage options. Travel insurance is optional but highly encouraged, as Timeless Travels with Sandy and Fora Travel, Inc. are not responsible for losses or expenses caused by events outside of our control.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Timeless Travels with Sandy and Fora Travel, Inc. are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
• I am not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, delays, cancellations, or other losses caused by natural disasters, pandemics, accidents, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond my control.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with services lies with the applicable supplier.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

By booking travel through Timeless Travels with Sandy, you acknowledge that:

• Travel involves risks, including those related to transportation, accommodation, and activities.
• You release me and Fora Travel, Inc. from liability for claims, damages, or losses arising from your travel arrangements, except where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy & Communication

• I respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for booking and travel services.
• By working with me, you consent to receiving communications related to your bookings and occasional travel updates, unless you opt out.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the services provided by Timeless Travels with Sandy, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

By booking travel services through Timeless Travels with Sandy, you agree to waive the right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit or jury trial.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or purchasing travel services through Timeless Travels with Sandy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
